Service Agreement & Terms

Agreement Notice: By submitting a service request, checking the agreement box, approving an estimate, making a payment, or allowing work to proceed, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

What We DoScope of Services

Justice Installations provides standard, non-custom installation services at residential and light commercial properties.

  • TV mounting
  • Light fixture & ceiling fan replacement
  • Bathroom exhaust fan replacement
  • Recessed light conversions & retrofits
  • Shelving installation (pre-packaged kits)
  • Blind & curtain rod installation
  • Smart home devices (locks, cameras, doorbells, routers)
  • Art hanging & furniture assembly
  • HVAC installation (licensed contractor, select services)

✗ Services Not Provided

  • New electrical wiring or rewiring
  • Opening walls or ceilings
  • Structural modifications or framing
  • Custom carpentry or fabrication
  • Troubleshooting or diagnostics
  • Work outside normal ladder access
  • New gas lines or electrical panel work

If a requested job falls outside this scope, Justice Installations may refuse the job, adjust pricing and scope, or stop work.

Your RoleCustomer Responsibilities

By requesting service, you confirm that:

  • All products, parts, and hardware are on-site, complete, and compatible.
  • Installation areas are clear, safe, and accessible at normal ladder height.
  • Required electrical power and low-voltage connections are already present and functional.
  • Walls, ceilings, and mounting surfaces are structurally sound and suitable for the installation.

If these conditions are not met, Justice Installations may refuse or cancel service, stop work in progress, or charge the applicable booking / trip fee.

Hidden IssuesPre-Existing & Concealed Conditions

Justice Installations does not open walls or perform destructive investigation and does not verify or guarantee wall structure, electrical systems, or hidden conditions behind walls, ceilings, or fixtures.

Justice Installations is not responsible for weak drywall, faulty electrical systems, hidden damage, or existing code violations. If unsafe or unsuitable conditions are found, work may be stopped until corrections are made.

Your EquipmentCustomer-Provided Products

You are solely responsible for selecting products that are appropriate, compatible, and rated for the intended use, and for providing all included parts, mounting hardware, and instructions.

Justice Installations does not warrant or guarantee the performance, quality, or lifespan of customer-provided products and is not responsible for manufacturer defects, failures, or missing components.

PaymentsBooking Fee, Deposits & Cancellations

$49 Booking / Trip Fee — Nonrefundable. Required to secure every appointment. Credited toward your invoice.

25% Deposit — Required for estimates over $300 or multi-day projects before scheduling.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment result in loss of the booking / trip fee and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • If Justice Installations must reschedule due to weather, safety, or access issues outside its control, deposits and booking fees will be applied to a new appointment or handled at the Company's discretion.

Risk AcknowledgmentInstallation Risks & Property Damage

Installation work involves lifting, moving, and mounting customer-owned items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justice Installations is not responsible for:

  • Damage to customer-provided items that are fragile, defective, or not designed for the intended installation.
  • Damage resulting from defective, incompatible, or improperly manufactured products.
  • Failure of mounted or installed items due to structural limitations, hidden conditions, or overloaded surfaces.

You understand and accept that all installations are performed on or within the property at your request and risk.

After the VisitPost-Installation Responsibility

After service is completed and you have had a reasonable opportunity to review the work, you assume full responsibility for the use of all installed items. Justice Installations is not liable for:

  • Items loosening, shifting, or falling after installation.
  • Damage occurring after completion of the visit.
  • Misuse, overloading, alterations, or environmental changes including humidity, temperature, or settling.

QuotesPricing, Estimates & Scope Changes
  • Prices shown on the website are based on standard conditions — they are estimates, not final quotes, and may change based on actual site conditions, quantities, and scope.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra items, access challenges, or scope changes requested on-site.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of the job, availability, or a specific date or time. All work is subject to review and scheduling.

ClaimsLimitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Justice Installations' total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
  • Justice Installations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or replacement cost of items.
  • Liability is not increased based on the replacement value of TVs, furniture, fixtures, art, or other items.

Your ObligationIndemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justice Installations, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided in the request or during scheduling.
  • Unsafe, unsuitable, or non-code-compliant conditions at the property.
  • Defective, incompatible, or improperly manufactured products provided by you.

Day of ServiceAccess & Worksite Conditions

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, timely, and unobstructed access to the property and work areas.
  • Remove or protect fragile, valuable, or sensitive items from the work area — including artwork, electronics, decor, and furniture.
  • Secure pets and maintain a safe environment for technicians.

Justice Installations is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area or delays caused by lack of access, parking, or gate codes.

Our RightsRefusal or Termination of Service

Justice Installations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any job that does not meet intake, safety, or scope requirements; stop work if conditions are unsafe or outside scope; and require rescheduling, additional charges, or separate approval when conditions prevent standard installation.

Who Does the WorkIndependent Contractors

Some or all services may be performed by independent contractors working under Justice Installations standards and guidelines. These contractors act as independent businesses, and Justice Installations is not responsible for any actions beyond the scope of the scheduled service.

WarrantiesNo Warranties

All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or long-term performance of any installed item or surface.

Any manufacturer warranties on products are solely between you and the manufacturer.

Optional Add-OnHaul-Away Services

Haul-away is an optional flat-fee add-on. If you do not purchase the haul-away add-on, you are solely responsible for the disposal of all old items and packaging. If you do purchase it, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Haul-away applies only to items replaced during the same service visit and to packaging from the installed product, up to what the contractor can reasonably transport in one trip. Justice Installations does not provide standalone junk removal.
  • Excluded items include but are not limited to: refrigerators, freezers, mini-fridges, window AC units, dehumidifiers, and anything containing refrigerant or freon; mattresses and box springs; construction debris, drywall, lumber, and flooring; paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel, and batteries; yard waste, household trash, and food waste; biohazardous materials; and anything exceeding contractor vehicle capacity.
  • Haul-away is performed by the independent contractor on-site, who assumes full responsibility for transport, disposal, route, time, expense, and any applicable e-waste handling.
  • Justice Installations does not take title to, store, transport, or dispose of any item removed under the haul-away add-on, and is not liable for any claim, loss, fine, environmental penalty, or damage arising from the disposal of removed items.
  • If the contractor declines or cannot accommodate haul-away on-site for any reason — including vehicle capacity, route, or e-waste access — the haul-away fee is refunded and the primary service proceeds at full price.

JurisdictionGoverning Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved under Oklahoma law in the appropriate state or federal courts.

By submitting a request through the form, checking the agreement checkbox, approving an estimate, making a payment, or allowing work to begin, you:

  • Confirm that this Agreement has been read and understood.
  • Agree to be legally bound by all terms and policies referenced in this Agreement.
  • Acknowledge that this constitutes a binding electronic agreement between you and Justice Installations LLC.
